Raspberry Pie

I took those pictures in summer of 2017 , first I made the Pie crust, put on the oven and than I fill it with créme patissière and when  it os cold I decorate the Pie with fresh Raspberry fruits.
This is the recipe of the cap patissier of France wich means that is the original recipe, so  all the studants who are learning to be pastry chef learn this recipe.
                                     Recipe
  Pie crust:
     
250 grs all purpose flour
                     125gr butter                  
                     1 pinch of salt
                     1 egg yolk
                     Water
  

Creme pâtissière:

250grs sugar
100 grs all purpose flour
6 egg yolks
2 eggs
Vanilla
1litre milk
